| Q: How do I download movies? |
A:To play my videos you should first download them to your hard drive.
To do this right click on the link, choose "Save Target As" and then save the file to your hard drive.
Once it has downloaded you can open the file directly from the folder where you saved it.
To play WMV files, you need to ensure that you have Version 9 (or higher) of Windows Media Player.
To play files ending in AVI, you should use the DivX Player and open the file from within that.
You can download the player from DivX.com.
The RM files should play in most players, at least with the Real Player from REAL.COM
For Mac users having problems viewing WMVs, I recommend using Flip4Mac's WMV Player.
The WMV Player is the first product offering that allows you
to play Windows Media directly in your QuickTime Player.
Another program I recommend, that is free, is VLC Media Player.

| What happens if I lose my password? |
If you've lost your password, you can look it up at CCBILL.COM by
providing any two of the following:
Your CCBill subscription ID
The email address you used when you joined the site.
The credit card number or checking account number you used to join the site.
"Still can´t find your details ? "
Then go to my MEMBERS-SUPPORT/access-problems page, and send me a message.
Don't forget to give me a valid email address to reply to
and as much information as you can, from the points below.
The email address you used when you joined
The first and last name you used when you joined
The username that you have been using to log into the site
The subscription number that was provided to you in your confirmation email.

My site is best viewed with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera.
| Q: How do I get help with login or other access problems? |
I get the message "Authorization Required" if I try to log in!
Please keep in mind that username and password are caSe sEnsiTivE!
Please note that:
user: "joHn" - password: "DoE"
is NOT the same as:
user: "john" - password: "doe"
Please type in the codes exactly as they were sent to you by e-mail upon your sign-up.
I sometimes get no access when I try to log-in.WHY?
My server security system monitors hacker attempts and account
abuse and might block you in the following cases:
You have tried to log-in unsuccessfully many times within a short time frame.
Please remember that user and password are CaSe senSiTivE!
Your username has been used from various IP addresses within a short time frame.
Do not share your account with other people!
Your login is for your use only.
Shared accounts will be automatically blocked.
You have downloaded huge parts of the site with a download manager.
This is also called "site leeching"or " site fetching "
Please don't use any Downloadmanagers !!! "Leeching" will be blocked.
You have downloaded more than the allowed 500MB per day, so you are
blocked out for the next 24 hours.
